This will outlast any Teflon coated pan and from what I have read it will probably outlast me! All in all, I am very happy with both the Lodge pan and the excellent customer service shown by stuffforthekitchen. I’m now going to fry an egg 🙂

Lovely sturdy pan without being too heavy. Bought especially because it is so versatile with regard to heat source and because the handle is not heat sensitive (as with other cast iron pans). Will get plenty of use in BBQ, pizza oven & for indoor cooking too.
