If you’ve changed your mind
You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of receiving your order. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
Extended Returns
From November until the end of December, we offer an extended period to return your items. You can return any items purchased in November and December up until the end of January.
How to Return
For unwanted products, buyers are responsible for covering the costs of returning the products. You can choose any way you like to return your products. We offer a discounted tracked return service via Royal Mail via the link below. If you use this option we will deduct £3.50 from your refund.

If the item is returned in a condition unsuitable for resale — for example, if it is missing original packaging, damaged, or shows signs of use — we reserve the right to make a deduction from your refund, which could be up to the full amount of your order if the item can no longer be resold.

We aim to process returns within 3 working days after receiving them.
Once your return is processed we will notify you and refund your payment.
Please note we will fully refund your products and the standard shipping charge. If you have paid for any additional delivery charge when placing your order (like tracking, signature, guaranteed delivery and fast shipping), only the standard shipping will be refunded.
