Used it straight away to make chicken thighs with butter and herbs – perfect. Chicken was really crisp and space delicious. Did that on the top of the stove. Next thing will be to ‘roast’ on the hob (will need to perfect this for use in our motorhome).
Also going to start using it in the over when cooking other things like cakes. Will us it for steaming Christmas puddings – in the oven. There is little risk of it boiling dry in the over
