The pot can be used on a gas or electric hob if needed or to start melting the cheese

The pot is dishwasher safe, however, hand wash is recommended
After use, fill the fondue pot with cold water and leave to stand for a short time to facilitate removal of cheese residues.
Do not leave it soaking in water.
The fondue pot can then be easily cleaned with detergent and a brush.
After cleaning, let it dry out for 24 hours with the bottom facing up.

Discolouring may occur from direct contact with the flame when using a gel burner.
This discolouration does not affect performance in any way whatsoever.
We recommend the use of an aluminium transmission plate on the rechaud to ensure optimum heat distribution and to prevent discolouration.
