These elasticated linen liners fit a 1kg small oval banneton.
Ideal for smooth-crust sourdough when you don’t want cane rings.
– Dimensions: 29 × 13 × 7.5 cm (approx. 11.4 × 5.1 × 3.0 in) for 1kg small oval bannetons
– Material: natural linen fabric with elasticated edge for a snug fit
– Design: helps prevent sticking and flour build-up; gives a smooth dough surface for decorative scoring
– Cleaning: shake out excess flour after use; gentle machine wash when needed

– Suitable for sourdough and yeasted loaves
How to use: Dust the liner well with flour, fit it over the banneton, place shaped dough seam-side up for the final proof, then turn out and score before baking.
