How to use:
Place the thermometer near the centre of the oven, or mount on a side wall using the magnet when racks are full. Wait until the needle stabilises before adjusting your oven settings.
For mapping hot and cool zones, move the unit to different positions between bakes.
Do not leave in self-cleaning cycles.
