The non-stick moulds are from their Obsidian series and are made with professional quality, coated steel, giving superior performance and ensuring perfect release.
The 2 layer coating is ceramic-reinforced and PFOA-free
These moulds are perfect for making puffed large brioche
They feature a flared shape so the dough can rise over the top of the moulds
The non-stick coating provides uniform baking and easy-release
Dimensions (approx): 20.50cm x 8cm
Maximum Temperature: 250°C

Hand wash only using a non-abrasive sponge and dry completely
